    Jeff serves as both CFO and as an external CFO for our portfolio companies. Jeff has over 25 years of experience at Ernst & Young, most recently serving as the Global Private Equity Leader. Jeff was formerly a Transaction Advisory Services Partner at Ernst & Young where he managed Ernst & Young’s relationships with a number of private equity funds and led transaction diligence engagements around the world. He earned his M.B.A. from New York University and his B.A. from Emory University and is a CPA. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of Stelco.

    Alan co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. Previously, he served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Private Equity from February 1998 to January 2001. He spent a total of 22 years at Morgan Stanley, including the past 17 years at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984 and building it into a global private equity firm. Alan also played a principal role in the formation and management of Morgan Stanley’s first leveraged equity fund, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund, L.P., as well as its successors, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P., Morgan Stanley Capital Partners III, L.P., and Morgan Stanley Capital Partners IV, L.P. He joined Morgan Stanley in 1978 where, alongside Bob Lindsay, he created the Transaction Development Group, the first business development group devoted strictly to the mergers and acquisitions business at Morgan Stanley.

    Alan received his B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from New York University. He earned his M.B.A. from the New York University Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from Yeshiva University. Alan is a Director of Aptitude Investment Management LP, Axeon Specialty Products LLC, Crane & Co., Inc., Odfjell Terminals BV, and Brock Holdings I GP, LLC. He also serves as a Trustee of Yeshiva University.     Prior to joining Lindsay Goldberg, Brian served as CEO of Keurig Green Mountain. Prior to that, Brian served as President of the Coca-Cola Company’s North American operations. His prior experience includes his appointment as President and Chief Executive of SIRVA, Inc.; President of Ford Motor Company’s Lincoln/Mercury division; and a number of executive roles over his six years in the Major Appliance business of The General Electric Company where he was a Corporate Officer.  Brian spent the first ten years of his career at Procter & Gamble in Sales and Brand Management. He currently serves on the Board of Keurig Green Mountain, AMAG Pharmaceuticals and Blue Apron and is on the Board of Trustees of College of the Holy Cross and Save the Children. He earned his B.A. in Economics from College of the Holy Cross. He is responsible for leading Lindsay Goldberg’s global consumer products and services investment efforts.

Chris also previously worked at private equity firms J.H. Whitney & Co. and Great Point Partners. He earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. in Government from Harvard College. Chris currently serves on the Board of Directors of Women's Care Holdings and Refresh Mental Health.

    Bob co-founded Lindsay Goldberg in 2001. In 1991, he joined Bessemer Holdings and, over the past decade, played a central role in building the firm’s global private equity business, most recently serving as its Managing General Partner. Prior to joining Bessemer Holdings, he was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley Private Equity, where he played an integral role in founding the business in 1984 and building it into a global private equity firm. Bob also played a principal role in the formation and management of Morgan Stanley’s first leveraged equity fund, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund, L.P., and its successor, Morgan Stanley Leveraged Equity Fund II, L.P.
